Information collected

• Contact form: name, company (optional), email, topic and message. This information is delivered by email through the Web3Forms service.
• Audience measurement: only if you accept, Google Analytics 4 collects browsing data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) using cookies.
• Hosting: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security purposes.

Use

Form information is used only to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement proposal. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. Audience data is used only to understand site traffic and improve the site.

Cookies

No measurement cookies are set without your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the "Manage cookies" button at the bottom of every page.

Transfers outside Quebec

The providers used (Google, GitHub, Web3Forms) may process information outside Quebec and Canada.

Retention

Messages received are kept as long as needed to follow up on your request and the business relationship, then deleted. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing through the contact form. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
