Innovation
Fewer tasks, more value.
AI and automation, tailored to your business, free your teams from low-value tasks so they can focus on what grows the company.
Automate the repetitive
Recurring, low-value tasks are largely automated: data entry, reconciliations, reports. Your numbers are ready sooner.
AI agents working for you
Intelligent agents handle complete processes, from invoice processing to account follow-up, under your team's supervision.
Custom-built tools
I design tools around the way you work, connected to your systems, instead of adding yet another piece of software.
Your people at the centre
The goal is not to replace people, but to give them back time for the work that calls for judgment.
I apply it first in my own operations: I only recommend what I have tested.
Let's discuss your projectApproach
Understand, decide, deliver.
An engagement moves in three stages. I stay involved until the results are there, not just until the report.
Diagnosis
Read the numbers, meet the team, pin down what really matters. A clear picture within a few weeks.
Plan
Easy-to-read models, costed options and candid recommendations that management, the board and your partners can stand behind.
Delivery
Negotiations, implementation, follow-through. I work with your team and advisors until the job is done.
Engagements that adapt to you
Every engagement is shaped around the needs of the company and its leaders, when you need it. We adjust along the way: more hands-on during a financing or a transaction, lighter once things are in place.
- Project engagementA defined goal: a financing, a model, a transaction.
- Ongoing advisoryA few days a month or a week, alongside leadership.
- InterimA sustained presence during a transition or a critical period.
Data informs. Experience and business sense turn information into decisions.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What to know before an intro call.
What is a fractional CFO?
An experienced chief financial officer who works with your company a few days a month or a week, as needed. You get CFO-level financial leadership, quickly in place, with no long-term commitment.
How is this different from an external accountant?
An external accountant prepares financial statements and tax filings. A fractional CFO looks ahead: financial models, financing, governance, transactions and strategic decisions. I work alongside your accountant.
Do you do bookkeeping or taxes?
No. I work with your current accounting team and advisors, or help you find the right partners and automate what can be automated.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Growing companies in Montreal, Quebec and elsewhere in Canada and the US, mainly in the creative, marketing, media, entertainment, technology and professional services industries.
How does an engagement work and what does it cost?
It starts with a free 30-minute intro call. I then propose a clear approach and budget, in the format that suits you: a one-off project, ongoing advisory or interim.
Can you help us adopt AI and automation?
Yes. I automate recurring tasks, design custom tools and set up AI agents that handle complete processes, always under your team's supervision.
